Spiritual means something relating to or affecting the human spirit or soul as opposed to material or physical things. Oxford Dictionary

Spiritual man: When a man has a normal relationship with the Holy Spirit, he becomes a spiritual man. According to Watchman Nee. Literally, it means the inner part of human.

Spiritual food is the word of God, the Bible (Joshua 1:8, Psalm 1:2) according to U.M.C.A devotion manual.

Spiritual warfare: Ephesians explain spiritual warfare well. It is a fight or battle that is waging war.

2 Corinthians 10:3

NLT: We are human, but we don't wage war with human plans and methods.

KJV: For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

Ephesians 6:12

NLT: For we are not fighting against people made of flesh and blood, but against the evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against those mighty powers of darkness who rule this world, and against wicked spirits in the heavenly realms.

KJV: For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Spiritual weapons: 

2 Corinthians 10:4

NLT: We use God's mighty weapons, not mere worldly weapons, to knock down the Devil's strongholds.

KJV: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

Ephesians 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Ephesians 6:14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

Ephesians 6:15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

Ephesians 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

The spiritual weapons use for spiritual warfare are;

1. Truth. Ephesians 6:14a

2. Righteousness. Ephesians 6:14b

3. Gospel of peace. Ephesians 6:15

4. The shield of Faith Ephesians 6:16

5. Salvation. Ephesians 6:17a

6. The word of God. The sword of the Spirit. Ephesians 6:17b

7. Prayer Ephesians 6:18

Ephesians 6:13 Be prepared. You're up against far more than you can handle on your own. Take all the help you can get, every weapon God has issued, so that when it's all over but the shouting you'll still be on your feet. Truth, righteousness, peace, faith, and salvation are more than words. Learn how to apply them. You'll need them throughout your life. God's Word is an indispensable weapon. In the same way, prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and long. Pray for your brothers and sisters. Keep your eyes open. Keep each other's spirits up so that no one falls behind or drops out.
